In early independence of India,Mr. HirjibhaiRathod founded the construction company. From the beginning, the Rathod family infused their company with strong core values. The company quickly expanded into residential, Government and remodelling projects. Upon the retirement of Late Mr. Hirjibhai Rathod, the focus shifted to commercial, industrial and institutional building projects lead by Mr. Harish H. Rathod.

With Mr. Harish Rathod, the company grew by leaps and bounds over the next few years. They attracted expert construction professionals with diverse backgrounds and formed a team that would become Nagpur’s finest construction company by 1980. As the company expanded, so did its reach—projects spread across the India and into the Globe. At the urge of time company is driven by Mr. Mehul Rathod as in with his directorship company expanded very well forming SAM Infrastructure in 2012. His leadership skills, Business mind and dedication towards service deliveryhave proven that the family business of 75 years is in the finest hands of next level generation.
